Developing the leadership culture fit for the strategy
The leader Lab is a process where the leadership team analyze their actual culture and compare with their aspired culture code. They build a shared understanding of their culture gaps and culture strengths, and agree on the leadership culture ambition.
They each take their own scores and align with the aspired culture code identify where their values align and where they have gaps.
In a very open team, they will share their data. In a more reserved team, they are perfectly happy sharing thoughts about their team results, but keeping their personal scores to themselves. The openness around the will not only build trust and openness in the team, but also bring clarity in who can be the helper of what, based on their personal values.
