The insight in the actual culture and the aspired culture, derived from the leadership team processes, engage people in insight and ownership to be designing actions. The initiatives are based on of actions initiated, resources available and urgency for change. It is normally the HR and leadership departments who organize the action plans to come out of the culture camps, and assign responsibilities and commitments to the development process
